This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights. We process your data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (India), the GDPR, and developer policies set forth by Google Play and Apple App Store.

1. Definitions

Application: Refers to Aptive Neural, the software program provided by the Company.
Company: Refers to Aptive Neural, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Data Principal: Refers to You, the individual to whom the personal data relates.

2. Data Collection & Permissions

To provide our Service, we require certain permissions and data. We only collect what is strictly necessary.

Camera & Photo Library Access (Sensitive Data)

Our application requires access to your device's camera and photo gallery to function. We only access images you explicitly choose to upload or capture.

Purpose: To pass the selected images through our neural network for processing and analysis.
Transmission: Images are transmitted to our secure servers using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Storage & Deletion: Images uploaded for AI processing are held transiently for the duration of the analysis. Once the result is generated and returned to your device, the source image is automatically scheduled for deletion from our active processing servers.

Account & Usage Data

If you create an account, we collect your name and email address. We also automatically collect Usage Data (IP address, device ID, crash logs, and diagnostics) to ensure app stability and prevent fraud.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

As an AI-integrated service, Aptive Neural processes your inputs to provide insights. We do not use your private, personal data or uploaded images to train generalized AI models without a separate, explicit, opt-in consent from you.

We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. These may include:

Google Play Services
Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics (for crash reporting and app performance)
Cloud hosting providers (for secure API routing)

4. Account and Data Deletion (Your Rights)

You have full control over your data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to delete your data:

In-App: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the Aptive Neural app.
Via Email: Send an email to tonny.272006@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 14 days.

Upon deletion, your account details and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain Account Information only for as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive or deleted, we may retain certain administrative data for up to 24 months solely for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
